Our story
Black Pepper Properties was founded in 2008 by Simon Black, a commercial and industrial property broker with over twenty years of experience in sales and financial investment.
Today we are a reputable property partner to numerous corporate clients in both the office and industrial sectors. We add value through specialist brokerage and advisory, valuable market insight, and the highest level of integrity throughout every dealing.
